Hibari discovers it's not an ordinary patapi. It can transform into a powerful cyber-fighter who looks like Hibari. Hibari's friends also receive similar patapis, and together they form the Cyber Team in Akihabara. Created by Tsukasa Kotobuki and Satoru Akahori.
