The lineup also includes the enchanting voice of South Africa’s legendary PJ Powers and international star Ellen Foley, who sang the worldwide hit “Paradise by the Dashboard Light” with Meat Loaf. Nádine will host and perform alongside with pop sensation BlackByrd who will pay a heartfelt tribute to Dolly Parton’s timeless songs.
