Once the largest Kanto yakuza organization in Japan, Tendokai, led by 6th-generation boss Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa), now faces the rapid expansion of Jinseikai, which has begun to dominate Kanto. In an attempt to revive, Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) and Kurata (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) re-establish the Washio-gumi and raise the banner of rebellion, attempting to make contact with the Korean mafia. There, they encounter their former enemy, Akinari Myojin (Sho Kaneko). However, Okita and Kurata are repeatedly attacked by a mysterious organization. In the midst of this peril, a mysterious man appears. Who is this man? The new chapter begins! Overcoming sorrow and parting, the men ignite their spirits once more and charge into a fierce battle for their lives!
